ZukunftsStimmen in the City Park of Kitzbühel

Performing at Elīna Garanča's concerts is a dream for many young singers. What has already been made possible for the winner of the "ZukunftsStimmen" initiative since the foundation of the young talent promotion programme in 2019 is now to be expanded. At the same time, the audience will have the opportunity to get to know even more of the talented young singers who come out on top in "ZukunftsStimmen".

As part of the "Kitzbühel Klassik" theme week, concerts with young, regional performers as well as the top-ranked artists of the ZukunftsStimmen will be offered on three evenings starting on Wednesday. With the performances at free admission in the Kitzbühel Stadtpark, one of the most attractive tourism hotspots, Kitzbühel wants to consciously dedicate itself to the promotion of young talent as part of its strategic reorientation.

So you will also be able to meet 31-year-old mezzo-soprano Nadja Kaiserseder, 28-year-old soprano Leonie Paulus from Vienna, 30-year-old soprano Annina Wachter from Tyrol and 31-year-old soprano Stephanie Fritz from Styria, all of whom will be heard on stage in the atmospheric Stadtpark at "Kitzbühel Klassik".

Kammersängerin Elīna Garanča: "Working with young artists is a real heart's desire for Karel and me. We have already invited many young, musical guests to our concerts, who subsequently launched world careers. This year, the winner and finalists of our young talent initiative will also be presented together with us at Klassik unter Sternen and Klassik in den Alpen. To find these young talents, but also to accompany them through the hard business and to give them support steps for the next career step, that is a big dream for both of us, which is thus coming true."
