The Concert

The impressive mountain world between Hahnenkamm and Kitzbühel has now been the unique backdrop for "Klassik in den Alpen" for nine years. The regular audience of the open-air concert has long appreciated the special charm of the event. The mix of classical opera arias and well-known international songs has a lot to offer for experienced opera fans as well as for beginners.

For Elīna Garanča, too, "Klassik in den Alpen" is a highlight of her concert year. The atmospheric program, an enthusiastic audience and an unmistakable mountain panorama make the evening a special experience for artists and audience alike.

For many years, Elīna Garanča and Karel Mark Chichon have performed together with young, up-and-coming opera talents at their open-air concerts. Not infrequently, these performances were followed by the beginning of an international career.
